Made during the first months of 2020, as the global Covid-19 pandemic forced us into lockdown and an increasingly chaotic election season began heating up in the United States, borders and boundaries blurred, time devolved, and we seemed to pass from reality into surreality, the liminal becoming permanent, this series expands the use of digital manipulation to explore this state of flux, breaking down and remixing photographs into montages describing the infinite possibilities of a transformative moment that never comes, the dream that stands where reality falls short.

Each piece is limited to an edition of two 6”x8” prints and one 15”x20” prints. Prints are made with Epson K3 archival pigment prints on photo rag fine art paper by Hahnemuhle, individually signed and dated 2020, and shipped mounted in a white conservation mat and in a protective polyethylene sleeve.
